1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 80ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). They apply to all access and use of the 80ph website and any related services, features, or content available at 80ph.vu.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the 80ph platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, regardless of how you access it — desktop browser, mobile browser, or saved home screen shortcut.

If at any point you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the 80ph platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of use. The 80ph platform is intended solely for players in the Philippines.
• You must not be a person prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online betting or gaming activities.
• You may only hold one account on the 80ph platform. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false information — including falsifying your age or identity — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Registration requires completion of an identity verification (KYC) process before real-money betting is enabled. KYC may include submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and proof of address. 80ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

• Do not share your account login details with anyone. 80ph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.
• All activity carried out under your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have notified 80ph of unauthorised access in advance.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow another person to use your account to place bets or manage funds on your behalf.
• 80ph uses OTP authentication for login and sensitive account actions. Ensure your registered mobile number and email address are current and accessible.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of the 80ph platform complies with any laws applicable to you in your location. 80ph does not provide legal advice on this matter.

4 Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on the 80ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion — deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are all denominated in PHP.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, mobile banking, bank transfers, and supported local e-wallets. The specific methods available to you will be shown in your account's deposit section. For full details, visit the Deposit page.

• Deposits must come from a payment method in your own name. 80ph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed at the time of deposit.
• 80ph does not accept credit card payments or cryptocurrency as deposit methods for betting.
• Deposit transactions are processed over SSL-encrypted connections. 80ph does not store full payment credentials on its servers.
• 80ph is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider once a deposit has been initiated from your end.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 80ph balance are processed to a Philippine bank account or supported e-wallet registered in your name. For details on the withdrawal process and available methods, visit the Withdrawal page.

• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal destination must match the name on your 80ph account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. These are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. 80ph will process approved withdrawal requests in a timely manner, but delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside our control.
• 80ph reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending completion of verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or review of unusual account activity.
• Balances arising from bonuses or promotions may be subject to additional withdrawal conditions as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 80ph platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant betting category — sports betting, live casino, slots, eBingo, or online poker. General rules that apply across all categories include the following:

• A bet is considered confirmed and binding once it has been accepted by the platform and a confirmation reference is issued.
• You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except where a specific market or event type allows cancellation within a defined window.
• 80ph reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including incorrect odds, incorrect event data, or system errors. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
• Bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placing are void. Any winnings from such bets will not be paid and the stake will be returned or forfeited depending on the circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• 80ph may limit or restrict betting on specific markets, events, or accounts at its discretion, including in cases of suspected abuse or matched betting.
• For sports betting specifically, live and pre-match market rules may differ. Refer to the Bet page for guidance on how specific markets work.

7 Promotions and Bonuses

80ph may offer promotions, bonuses, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated when the promotion is made available.

• Bonus funds and promotional credits are separate from real-money balances until any applicable conditions have been met.
• Promotions may include wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, or other qualifying conditions. These will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• 80ph does not guarantee the availability of any particular promotion. Offers may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.
• Attempting to exploit promotions through irregular betting patterns, multiple accounts, or coordinated play is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and suspension of your account.
• 80ph will not publish or confirm specific bonus percentages, cashback rates, or wagering requirements in these general Terms. Always check the current promotion terms at the time the offer is active.

8 Responsible Gaming

80ph is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment for all players. Betting is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

• Players must be 21 years of age or older to use the 80ph platform.
• 80ph provides tools to help players manage their betting activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account settings.

• 80ph reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming measures on any account, including imposing deposit limits or suspending access, if account activity suggests a player may be experiencing harm.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once applied, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 80ph platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the verification process.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a way that is not part of normal player activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated cheating — including across multiple accounts controlled by related parties.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised means.
• Attempting to use the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing platform staff or other users through any communication channel.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

80ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Behaviour that poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform or to other players.
• A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, 80ph may withhold any balance pending investigation. If fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited. In all other cases of voluntary closure with a positive balance, funds will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any applicable checks are completed.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact 80ph support at any time. Account closure requests are processed in the order they are received.

11 Privacy and Data

80ph collects and processes personal data from registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

• Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: name, date of birth, contact details, government ID information, and transaction history.
• Your data is used to verify your identity, process transactions, maintain your account, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
• 80ph uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted through the platform.

12 Changes to Terms

80ph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, 80ph will endeavour to provide notice through your registered email address or through an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the changes take effect.
